Buddly Stroller Redesign

The original Buddy Stroller from Lovevery came fully assembled, which was great for the customer, but ultimately resulted in shipping a ton of air, both inbound from the supplier and outbound to the customer. Working with the product design team, a new layout was established which reduced the packaging size to 1/3 the original, and increased inbound efficiency by 380%.

Transformers SIOC Ready “Gen Selects”

Transformers Generation Selects line was built for quick speed to market, fan based Transformers redeco items exclusively sold online. These ready to ship packages utilized a 5c printed label for all required legal lines, allowing the brown box to be inexpensive, and sealed the package shut for shipping.

Baby’s First Book Set for Babylist

Babylist came to Lovevery asking for a bundle of four books for their gift registry program, but wanted something with a little bit of surprise when you opened the box. this ship ready packaging has a 4 color printed interior, and two flood Pantone colored inserts holding the books in place during shipping.
